Physical health means how well your body is working. It includes:-
Healthy Eating:- Eating a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, proteins, and enough water.
Regular Exercise:- At least 30 minutes of walking, running, yoga, or sports daily.
Rest & Sleep:- 7–9 hours of sleep every night for energy and recovery.
Hygiene:- Bathing, brushing teeth, washing hands to prevent illness.
Medical Care:- Getting regular check-ups and vaccines.
Think of your body like a car – fuel it with good food, keep it moving, and maintain it regularly.

Mental health is about your mind and emotions. It includes:-
Positive Thinking:- Focusing on solutions, not just problems.
Stress Management:- Using relaxation, hobbies, or talking to someone when worried.

Seeking Help:- Talking to a counselor, teacher, or trusted person when feeling low.
